Before transitioning into real estate, David built a successful career as a professional baseball pitcher. After attending Florida Atlantic University, he was selected in the 2016 MLB Draft by the Kansas City Royals and went on to spend nine seasons in professional baseball, three in the Major Leagues, with the New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays, Seattle Mariners, Detroit Tigers, Oakland Athletics, and Kansas City Royals. The discipline, preparation, and competitive drive he developed at the highest levels of professional sports now translate into a strategic, detail-oriented, and client-first approach to real estate.
David is known for his strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and personalized service — whether he’s helping a family buy their first home, assisting with a relocation to Florida, marketing a luxury or waterfront property, or maximizing value for a seller. His goal is always to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free while achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
Outside of real estate, David enjoys fishing, golf, and hunting, and he remains active in the community by coaching, mentoring young athletes, and volunteering with local high school and youth baseball programs.
